MQG employs a professional paid staff
of 12 people, in its central branch in Jerusalem. It operates through
seven departments: The Legal Department, The MQG Legal Clinic Dep.
(sub-dep. – the Legal Open Line), Research and Budget Watch
Dep., Economic Dep., Fundraising Dep., Organization Dep., and Spokesperson
and Public Relations Dep. Three additional branches operate in Herzliya
(the Legal Open Line), in Modiin, and in the Sharon area.
MQG's policy is determined by the Board of Directors and implemented
by the Director General and the staff.
MQG’s Presidency is a representative body, which is intended
to promote MQG's targets and ideals. The Audit Committee supervises
the movements' decisions and activities. Committees of volunteers
advise the movement's team regarding the movement's magazine, recruiting
members and other issues.
In 2002, the educational arm was separated from the movement and
is now operated by an organization established by the MQG: the Academy
for Quality Government in Israel.
