The Movement for Quality Government (MQG)
was established during the coalition crisis in March 1990, as a
non-political and independent movement.
It all began with a few hunger strikers who were led by an enthusiastic
redhead law intern, Eliad Shraga. They demanded the clearing up
of public practice. Later on, Adv. Shraga became founder and chairman
of the movement.
